How to Apply to the Dental Assisting Program
Special Admissions
To be considered for admission to the Dental Assisting Program at LSC-O, a student must
- be accepted as a student at Lamar State College-Orange
- possess a high-school diploma or GED certificate
- be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
- complete the Dental Assisting Application Form
- complete Employment Work History Form
- submit a completed Health Data Form before going to a clinical facility
