Special Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission to the Emergency Medical Services Program, the student is responsible for submitting ALL of the following to the Allied Health Division:
- an application to the Medical Services Program *PDF*
- a certification number and expiration date for current EMS certification (if
applicable) - transcript(s) of all college work completed, including LSC-O and any of the other campuses
- one reference request form completed by a former or current employer. The form is in the application packet available in the Allied Health office or EMS director's office
