Information Technology Support Specialist (AAS)
Associate of Applied Science
Purpose Statement
This two-year degree prepares students for entry-level positions as computer specialists, computer technicians, help-desk personnel or network specialists. It includes both general knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking operations and specific skills in troubleshooting, problem solving and user assistance. Graduates are prepared to sit for the Microsoft Office Specialist examinations, the A+ examination and the Cisco Certificate Network Associate examination.
