Purpose Statement
This program is designed for individuals considering employment with medical offices managing and performing financial, clerical, HIPAA compliance and employee training. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal communication, familiarization with administrative duties and skill development such as reception and scheduling, filing, billing, completion of insurance claims, patient relations, medical terminology and technical procedures.
