Dressing Room

This was Gladys Brown's bedroom which was completely redecorated by the University in the 1980's in a pink d�cor, which was her favorite color. The hand carved mahogany furniture in a fluted shell and scroll design was made in 1918. The needlepoint Empire footstool was made in 1820. The chaise lounge, chair, and ottoman are original furnishings, but have been reupholstered.
