The human resources office staff is committed to providing a working environment that is supportive of our employees, and is in compliance with Federal, State, Texas State University System, and Lamar Sate College-Orange's rules and regulations.

Our mission will be accomplished by means of the following goals:

Assure quality performance in the administration of compensation;
