| Responsibilities |
Responsible for the organization, administration, periodic review, planning, development, and general effectiveness of the MLT Program. Prepares budget annually for all program areas. Develops class schedule. Facilitates recruitment and program application activities. Monitors all curriculum and suggests changes as necessary. Maintains liaison with key personnel at all clinical affiliates. Serves on campus-wide committees. Recruit and mentor MLT faculty. Effectively monitor student progress. Assist with advising and registration. Continue professional development. All other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications |
Clinical laboratory scientist/medical technologist holding nationally recognized certification of MT or ASCP. Master’s or doctoral degree preferred. Bachelor's degree with proof of progress towards a master's degree considered. Teaching experience and experience in conducting and supervising clinical lab learning experiences. Knowledge of educational methods and current accreditation and certification procedures. Must comply with established College standards and policies.
