Responsibilities |
Responsible for the organization, periodic review, planning, development, and general effectiveness of the PTHA Program. Prepares budget annually for all program areas. Develops class schedule. Facilitates recruitment and program application activities. Monitors all curriculum and suggests changes as necessary. Maintains liaison with key personnel at all clinical affiliates. Serves on campus-wide committees. Recruit and mentor PTHA faculty. Effectively monitor student progress. Assist with advising and registration. Continue professional development. All other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications |
Master’s degree and licensure as a physical therapist, or a licensed physical therapist assistant is required. Requires the following experience: Five (5) years experience in clinical practice; didactic and/or clinical teaching experience; administration, educational theory and methodology; instructional design and methodology; and experience in student evaluation and outcomes assessment. Knowledge of educational methods and current accreditation and certification procedures. Must comply with established College standards and policies. |
