Only complete applications submitted electronically will be reviewed for acceptance. No paper copy applications will be accepted.
You are required to submit the following with your application:
- unofficial college transcripts
- copy of TEAS scores taken within 2 years of application
- proof of active Certification of Nurse Aid; OR VNSG 1323/VNSG 1160; OR NURA 1301/NURA 1160; OR NURA 1001/NURA 1060
Please ensure you have all documents ready to submit prior to filling out application.
