The following items are included in the rental fees to help create a truly memorable occasion:
Use of the house and grounds for photographs
Seating for 150 guests when held in the Solarium
Chairs, tables and elegant table linens in white or ivory
Catering options are available for an additional fee:
Selection of Seven Hors d’Oeuvres or Buffet Stations
(Minimum 50 guests/Maximum 300 guests)
Selection of Dinner Buffet
(Minimum 50 guests/Maximum 100 guests)
Should you have any special requirements, please ask. Our staff will be happy to assist you in your selections. Food, bar, rental equipment, and labor fees are exclusive of the Brown Estate rental fee.
A 20 percent service charge will be added to all prices, excluding sales tax. A labor charge of $25.00 will be assessed for all groups of 25 guests or less.
