Welcome
The Office of Human Resources provides various support services to all
divisions of the college in order to recruit, develop, and retain the
human resources needed to effectively accomplish the mission and carry
out the programs of Lamar State College-Orange.
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the development and administration of personnel policies and programs in accordance with federal, state, and system statutes, regulations, and policies. Major functional areas include data entry of payroll, benefits, records maintenance, employment, training, classification, compensation, workers compensation, safety, risk management, and employee relations.
