How to Apply to the Emergency Medical Services Program
General Admission Requirements
Before being accepted into the Emergency Medical Services Program, you must meet the LSCO general admission requirements. Please contact the Office of Admissions and Records at (409) 882-3364 or by e-mail, if you have questions or need assistance.
Special Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission to the Emergency Medical Services Program, the student is responsible for submitting ALL of the following to the Allied Health Division:
- an application to the Emergency Medical Services Program *PDF*
- transcript(s) of all college work completed, including LSCO and any of the other campuses
- one reference request form completed by a former or current employer. The form is in the application packet available in the Allied Health office or EMS director's office
