Welcome to Spring 2026, Gators!
As we begin this semester, I want to pause and simply say thank you!
What you continue to accomplish at Lamar State College Orange is extraordinary. We are growing, stretching, and evolving, yet you show up every day with resilience, care, and an unwavering commitment to our students. That does not happen by accident. It happens because of YOU!
I know this work isn’t always easy. Growth brings pressure, longer days, and new challenges. And still, you meet those moments with grace, problem-solving, and heart—especially for the students who need us most. Your work matters, and it is seen.
Please remember this as we move forward together: resilience is not about doing more alone. It’s about support, teamwork, and knowing that you are valued. My commitment remains focused on supporting you, strengthening our processes, and centering every decision on student success, because when we take care of our faculty and staff, our students thrive.
As this new semester begins, take pride in what you’ve built, take a breath, and know how grateful I am for each of you. The future here is bright, and we are building it together.
