Real Estate Agent Landon Luna Joins LSCO as Adjunct Instructor for Fall 2025
October 27, 2025
Landon Luna is joining Lamar State College Orange (LSCO) faculty in fall 2025 as a real estate management adjunct instructor. As a current real estate agent himself, he is thrilled to have the chance to pass along his own industry knowledge to the next generation.
Luna is a real estate agent at Countryland Properties in Bridge City. He started at the agency before acquiring his license and had the chance to learn the ins and outs of the industry behind-the-scenes. Since becoming a licensed agent, he has grown to love the company he works for and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others.
Becoming an instructor was not on Luna’s radar. However, when a friend shared the job opening with him, it immediately piqued his interest.
“I love real estate, I’m passionate about it,” Luna said. “My company harps on the importance of education and knowledge in the industry. We emphasize the importance of learning and growing, so I want to use that to invest in the next generation of agents, and this is the perfect opportunity to do it.”
Luna is involved within the local community. He currently attends Encounter Church in Orange, Texas, a campus he helped launch a few years ago. He also serves as a chamber ambassador for the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce. Luna utilizes these outlets as opportunities to serve various areas of Orange County.
Born and raised in Bridge City, his love for family and desire to stay near to them keep Luna in his hometown. He can often be found hosting family nights alongside his wife. He appreciates the chance to stay close to home with his work and enjoys serving the people of his town throughout his career.
As he transitions into his new role, Luna looks forward to developing his own unique teaching style. He wants to give students a realistic view of the real estate industry from an inside perspective. His desire is for students to step into their future careers with excitement and reasonable expectations of their day-to-day working lives.
“I’m excited to make connections with my students,” Luna said. “I’m going to do everything I can to usher the next generation of real estate agents to take the job seriously and leave agencies with a good name.”
