Tutoring for developmental and corequisite math courses, as well as College Algebra (1314), is available on a walk-in basis. Paul's Online Math Notes -- This website contains notes for Algebra, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations. You can also download worksheets.
Virtual Math Lab -- This site, hosted by West Texas A&M University, offers free self-guided tutorials for beginning and intermediate algebra, college algebra, math for the sciences, and test prep for the math portions of the GRE and college placement tests.
S.O.S. Math -- This site contains tutorials covering algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, matrices, and complex variables.
Purple Math -- Elizabeth Stapel's math site is a great resource for all levels of math. In addition, students can find tips on how to study and complete homework assignments.
Khan Academy -- Founded by MIT graduate Salman Khan, this site provides video tutorials for math students of all levels. Scroll down to find lessons in algebra, trigonometry, , precalculus, calculus, and more.
Patrick JMT (Just Math Tutorials) -- "Patrick", a college/university math instructor, presents videos on a vast range of math topics.
BrownMath.com -- Notes and how-to tutorials for algebra, analytic geometry, trigonometry, statistics, calculus, science and business math topics, as well as tips for teaching/learning math; also includes how-to's for using TI 83/84/89/92 calculators.
Hawkes TV features video lessons that correspond to Hawkes Learning Systems math textbooks and online course offerings. Subjects include basic math, beginning and intermediate algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, statistics, business math, and more.
Function Transformations at MathIsFun.com explains how altering different elements of a parent function can reposition and resize the function's graph; self-checking practice problems are included. More practice with parent functions and transformations is available at Desmos.com.
